If logging on is slow

When you log on to Absolute Internet, a couple of common incorrect settings may cause the speed of logging on to take much longer. Here is what you can do to check and fix the problem:

Go under the Dial-Up Networking settings under Windows. Right Click on Absolute Internet, and select Properties. Then click on the server types tab. Next, complete these following steps under the Server types menu, and save your changes. Note : you must be offline for these changes to take effect.

Once these steps are done, re-login to Absolute Internet.
